ABOUT
I'm Sam.

I spent the initial years of my career in Consulting, Finance, and as Chief of Staff at a Tech start-up.

At age 30, due to an illness, I stepped away from my default way of working. As I slowed down, I realized all the ways in which I needed to make changes in my life, but had been too busy to notice and too frightened to act upon. I embarked on a journey of learning and growth that continues to this day. I now dedicate my coaching work to helping others heal, grow, and live the lives they were meant to live. I tend to focus my engagements around the workplace, and the space that you occupy within it. As you read this, you might inquire into that space: how does it feel for you? What would you like to change about it, if you could?

My work is influenced by a wide range of humans, including: Nancy Kline, Pema Chodron, Marshall Rosenberg, Rupert Spira, Martin Seligman, Richard Schwartz, Peter Senge, and all of my amazing clients.
